Group Yoga Classes

Vinyasa Flow

In this all-levels class, we will flow through 50 minutes of vinyasa-style yoga. Classes will vary, but each will begin with a sun salutation and end with savasana (final resting pose) and meditation.

Even if this is the first yoga class you’ve ever taken, I promise you can find a home in this flow. Each pose will be offered with different levels and plenty of modifications.

Some mats and props will be available for use.

Reserve your spot by texting (360) 605-6065 or simply drop in.
